If you have @GetSpectrum as your internet provider look up Spectrum Outage and you’ll see that through out the country, @Ask_Spectrum has not done anything about their lousey connection. I can’t wait for Star Link to activate their internet service.

Y’all. If you have a choice, don’t use @GetSpectrum. Their customer service people are nice but the actual service is HORRIBLE. I’m without internet for 4 days before someone can even come look at it. Here’s to late nights at work just to use the WiFi. 🙄

I haven’t been receiving voicemails on my @GetSpectrum business phone. So my admin was told there’s a national issue and they don’t have any idea on when it will be resolved. I told her to make sure let them know the payment will have no idea when it’s getting there either!!

.@GetSpectrum is just the absolute worst company I'm forced to do business with. Today was the 2nd time I was billed for new services that I explicitly asked to not receive. It's both hilarious and sad that an ISP's site is so buggy it can't be used sign up for internet service.
