I purchased nut roll this year, much smaller than last year, and more expensive, will find a another bakery. I was disappointed.

Not the same owners ever since the new owners took over bakery not the same. Don’t look for kolochkys unless you’re there first thing in morning. Over priced not the same friendly staff. Won’t let you order bakery for holidays like old owners,I wish you luck your ruining the Smoskys name and reputation! Good luck!

So we bought a Casada cake from Samosky's for my birthday and liked it so much we decided to go back and get another one for my husband's birthday! Only the Casada cake that we ordered for his birthday that cost us $58 had no custard inside of it and was made with butter cream instead of whip cream! We had a birthday party so we ended up serving about six pieces of the 1/4 sheet cake before we realized it had no custard in it! We had the party on a Saturday so we returned the cake on that following Monday and never received a call from the bakery! So after not hearing from the bakery for quite some time we decided to go up there to get a refund and the owner wants to argue with me and not take responsibility for the mistake! I don't care who's mistake it is whether it's your mistake or your employees mistake you don't take it out on the customer! She would only agree to give me half of a refund because we ate half of the cake at a party that we bought the cake for! Do not buy a Casada cake from Samosky's unless you like it without custard in it!!!!!! It's very unfortunate that this new owner doesn't seem to have any customer service skills at all! Seems like she wants to blame everyone else for the mistake and not take responsibility when you are the owner!!! I have never heard of half of a refund! The owner needs to get a degree in business and learn some customer service skills! Things didn't have to go this way. We tried to work it out with them but they chose to give us half of our money back! My advice to everyone is to find a different bakery!!! Needless to say they have lost a customer for life!

Not the same as it used to be. You go in there and the shelves are bare. No kolachki ever- the strudels are flat a a pancake. Will not go back and I was a very good customer.

I was so disappointed with my Easter order. Cheese strudel nut roll and kolacki not the same. My family loved Samosky. I would always put in a big order for holidays. I am sad bc now I have to find a new bakery Where did my friendly ladies and yummy bakery go. I dealt with them for many many years. They fooled me with keeping the name. Not the same delicious bakery.😡😡

Limited available products on shelves (no nut rolls etc) for last minute Easter shoppers. Found out strudel price increased $4.50 from a couple of weeks ago to $14.50. Spokesperson says customers who complain that product is not the same as in the past are the hole in your backside. My family were long time customers, but, from my attempt to have constructive dialogue with this person will look for another bakery to do business with.

I ordered cupcakes for my daughters sweet 16. The owner made me feel like an idiot because I was upset with how they looked. I wanted colors and they gave me white frosting and white decorations on the cupcakes. No color at all! The birthday party had a colorful theme! I told them this when I ordered. Luckily a cashier fixed it a bit but the owner didn’t care at all and went and sat in her office to pout. For the price I paid I should have been treated with kindness and respect. The cupcakes were the same as you get anywhere else. That’s where I’ll be taking my business next!

The "old" samosky's bakery is gone. Polish favorites no longer available. Bakery selection is different, smaller and pricier. I am sad to say it's time to find a new bakery.

Absolutely delicious baked goods. They even sell Tiramisu there. Delicious too! The people were very friendly and it was a very busy place. I'll be back again. The Cheese strudel and Breads were favorful and soft. Thanks Samosky's.

Kolackys were delicious, but the Hungarian nut roll and strudel I ordered were underwhelming to say the least. Both tasted as if they had been baked a week ago and sat out, and had little to no filling in them. Prices went up too. Sad day for samoskys.

Absolutely the friendliest people and amazing baked goods! I highly recommend everyone to try the cheesecake!! Heaven!! I have never had anything that was bad. All delicious!

Holidays were made perfect by getting our baked goods from Samosky's. Since the ownership changed, it has become a disappointment. The prices have increased while the quality has decreased. Most items we looked forward to are not available and the items available are subpar. For the first time in years, I made pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and will be making my own Christmas cookies.

Everything is always fresh and incredible with the sweetest staff and reasonable prices. Their Chinese cookies are bigger better and more affordable then anywhere and nutrolls that are moist and no skimping on the filling.

The best bakery in Cleveland! Kolachky's taste like the ones my grandma use to make in the 50's and 60's.

I'm sorry to have to write this, but I just purchased a 2.5 lb. Christmas cookie tray--what a disappointment. The cookies not only looked unappetizing, they tasted just as bad. It was just a lot of tasteless cookies that didn't resemble what you would think of as Christmas cookies. For the high price, anyone would expect better quality.

We have bought pastries & strudels & kuchans from this bakery for so many years!! NOONE CAN BAKE
PASTRY BETTER!! I DRIVE FROM Wooster to get nut strudel for my husband!! WE WILL MISS THEM WHEN THEY CLOSE & OUR THOUGHTS & PRAYERS WILL BE WITH THEM SO HOPEFULLY THEY CAN OPEN BACK UP AGAIN SOON!! THANKYOU😊

This bakery is amazing!! I will drive there from Fairlawn any day to buy their amazing, fresh, delicious baked cookies and baked goods!!! We had them bake cookies for our sons wedding on November 2, 2019. I bought dozens and dozens and DOZENS of assorted cookies and also their large cookie tray-3 of them!!! We had so many compliments and I gave their name to many family members and friends at the reception! At the end of the reception we were packing little cookie trays for everyone to take some hime. Their angel wings are also delicious! I’m heading there this weekend for Christmas cookies!! They are wonderful people with a love of real baking and love of community to people!! Tks Cindy
